The new (and increased) pricing plans include internationalization feature starting from the Starter tier, with the promise:
However, this is not true, because the themes available at this tier (such as Source) are actually not internationalizable. And pull requests like this one, which are at least a step in the right direction, remain neglected for months. |

Source is a wonderful template but it lacks i18n. Let me introduce it with Bulgarian translation.
